You can track your order on both your account page and the carrier website, by using your tracking number. You will find your tracking number in your order confirmation email or in your account page. You can track your order on your profile.
As a registered user of the website, you can save shipping and billing information. You can edit such information whenever you want on your account.
How do I access my information?
Log into your account by clicking on “Login” at the top of the Cart page or click here. Enter your username and password, then click on the “Login” button. Once you're logged in, you will be able to view your order history and review our products. For more information, email us at email@example.com.
I forgot my password, how do I reset it?
Click on Login at the top of the Cart page, then click on “Forgot Password”. You will be asked to enter your email address to receive a new password. If you need any help, simply write to firstname.lastname@example.org .
How can I change my personal information?
You can change your personal information whenever you want, once you have logged into your account. Simply log in to your account by clicking on the “Login” button on the shopping cart page and enter your email and password in the window that appears. You can then edit your personal information.

Where can I find the items I added to the cart?
You can view your cart by clicking on the handbag icon located at the bottom of this page. The counter on such icon helps you keep track of the number of items you've added. Once you open the cart, you will be able to check your items and proceed to the purchase stage.
What payment methods are accepted?
You can pay by Credit Card and Paypal.
Can I change my order after purchasing?
Once you have received your order confirmation email, no changes can be made to the order. After your order is delivered, you can return the items for a replacement or a refund. For more information, please read our Return Policy. For any further question, please write to email@example.com.
When you receive your We Make-up order, please check the parcel for any physical damage or tampering. If you think you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. For a faster service, please be sure to provide your order id as well as your contact information (email address and phone number). Photos of the item in question will be also strictly needed.
To provide a fast resolution, please keep both the original shipping box and the damaged or defective item for us to inspect. If the item's damage or defect will be confirmed by our inspection, we will contact you to replace the product.
Shipping costs will not be refunded. However, any replacement for damaged or defective products will be free of charge: if you received a damaged, defective or wrong product as a result of our fault, we will be happy to send you a new one with no additional shipping costs.
If you want to return a product because you changed your mind or it does not meet your expectations, please note that we accept returns of unopened and unused items only, within 14 days of your purchase. You will be refunded as soon as we receive and inspect your returned products to assess they have never been opened.
What can I do if a product I want is out of stock?
You can't add to your cart out-of-stock products, click on “Notify me when the product back in stock” or Contact us to email@example.com to receive an email notification when they are back in stock.
Each purchase over 20€ made between Nov 2nd and Dec 31st, 2020 will grant you a 10€ coupon to be used from January 1st to February 28th on a 30€+ purchase (you can only redeem one per order).
How to join Loyalty Program
In order to participate in our Loyalty Rewards Program, you must be subscribed to our Newsletter. You can confirm your subscription when you register on our website or by accessing your personal data in the Login area. Once your Newsletter subscription has been confirmed, your reward point earnings are automatically activated. If you unsubscribe, you will lose any reward points earned.
2019-2020 reward points
Reward points earned prior to December 31, 2020 can be redeemed by February 28, 2021 to obtain rewards from the new point earnings. After this date, the point balance will be zeroed out and any unused rewards will be voided.
Rewards redeemed by December 31, 2020 that were earned in 2019/2020 do not expire and can be used by checking the appropriate box in your shopping cart during checkout.
2021 reward point validity
Reward points can be earned from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021. Rewards can be redeemed through February 28, 2022. After this date, the point balance will be zeroed out and any unused rewards will be voided.
How to earn points
Earn points through purchases made on the website, by inviting new friends or completing the actions indicated in the Award section. You earn one point for each $ spent. You can earn extra points by completing the corresponding Award actions. Neither COD orders nor shipping charges are eligible to earn points.
How to check your point balance
Your point balance is available in your account page in the top-left corner.
How to get extra points
Check how to accumulate extra points in the Awards area. Each task listed corresponds to a number of points valid to get benefits. Once you have completed one of the tasks, the icon will change color and the points will be added to your balance.
How to redeem a reward
The Rewards area shows the available gifts. Redeem them by clicking on Redeem. The points will be deducted from your balance and the reward will appear on your personal profile page or in your shopping cart.
Instructions on how to earn extra points are located in the Award section. The corresponding value in points is shown for each listed activity. When an Award activity has been completed, the icon will change color and the points indicated will be added to your balance. • discounts cannot be divided and must be used for a single order only
• discounts cannot be combined among themselves or with cash-back coupons
• discounts cannot be applied to shipping costs
Point values and available rewards starting on January 1, 2021 will be:
100 points = €5 discount on a minimum order of €20 (shipping excluded)
250 points = €15 discount on a minimum order of €30 (shipping excluded)
500 points = €35 discount on a minimum order of €50 (shipping excluded)
Shipping costs are always calculated before discounts are applied.
